So, we have the Emsculpt Neo, but what exactly does it do?
The Emsculpt Neo is a body contouring machine that burns fat and builds muscle. A 30% fat reduction, and 25% muscle growth to be exact. The machine can be used on various parts of the body, including the abdominal muscles, glutes, thighs, calves, hamstrings, biceps, and triceps. One of the best benefits aside from looking great? The Emsculpt Neo actually provides you with two simultaneous treatments in one- so you are actually getting double the benefits- those being fat destruction and muscle growth. The machine uses Radio Frequency to destroy the fat cells (yes, destroy. Once they're gone, they're gone), and High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Energy to build muscle. During your treatment, you are essentially working, contracting and exercising those muscles. Who would have thought you could get in an insanely intense workout all while laying down? And yes, you might sweat!
What does an Emsculpt appointment look like?
When you arrive to your appointment we will have you fill out a consent form. As long as you check the following off of your list, you should be good to go:
Not pregnant
Not breastfeeding
No metal in the body that would prevent you from getting an MRI
No copper IUD
Once you are ready and have chosen your body to part to sculpt, we will hook you up to either one or two paddles. On each paddle there is a metal ring-this, my friend, is where the magic happens! The paddle is placed tightly against the skin, and will then warm up, which indicates fat burning. Once the paddle is hooked up securely, we will then "turn up the volume," which then begins the muscle contracts.
Oh- and did we mention, if placed on the abs, your 30 minute session is equivalent to 20,000 crunches? Bet you can't do that in the gym.
Each treatment is 30 minutes long, and we usually recommend at least 4 treatments. These 4 treatments will be done once a week for 4 weeks. Want to keep pushing your results even further? Purchase a 6 or 12 pack for maintenance.
